MFR & MVR test method

1. Simple Introduction
The XNR-400C melt flow rate meter is an instrument used to determine the mass flow rate (MFR; unit: g/10min) and volume flow rate (MVR; unit cm3/10min) of thermoplastic melts. This instrument complies with the requirements of JB/T5456 standard, is suitable for GB/T3682, ISO1133 and other standards, and is widely used for the determination of plastic melt index value .

Standard test load (kg total eight levels)
Level 1: 0.325kg = (piston rod + weight tray + heat insulation sleeve + 1 weight body) = 3.187N
Level 2: 1.200 kg=(0.325+0.875 weight No. 2)=11.77N
Level 3: 2.160kg=(0.325+No. 3 1.835 weight)=21.18N
Level 4: 3.800kg=(0.325+No. 4 3.475 weight)=37.26N
Level 5: 5.000kg=(0.325+No. 5 4.675 weight)=49.03N
Level 6: 10.000kg=(0.325+No. 5 4.675 weight + No. 6 5.000 weight)=98.07 N
Level 7: 12.500kg=(0.325+No. 5 4.675 weight+No. 6 5.000+No. 7 2.500 weight)=122.58N

The relative error of the test load is ≤0.5%.
Power supply voltage: 220V±10% 50Hz
Working environment conditions: The ambient temperature is 10℃-40℃; the relative humidity of the environment is 30%-80%; there is no corrosive medium around, and it should be installed correctly and adjusted to the level on a stable basis. No strong air convection; no vibration around, no strong magnetic interference.
